Chloe Gray’s Zesty Lemon Herb Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for serving)

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
